Frequently asked questions

R2R+ serves a wide variety of people. While our audience skews toward women between 50 and 70, we have mothers bringing their daughters to events, wives bringing husbands, and a surprising number of people 80+ who participate. We open ourselves to all who are looking to enhance their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and look forward to working with you, no matter your gender, religion, body type or race. If someone cannot afford our fees we offer reduced rates.

Both Jeannette and Risa have ongoing yoga classes that meet each week. Some are totally online, some are in-person, and some are a mix!

R2R+ loves to bring programs to your corporation, civic group, library, or even your book group! We offer Calming Practices for Stress Management and other similar programs. We can also bring a more movement-oriented program (aka yoga).
